dEDH: Commander with a Shared Dungeon
When Wizards of the Coast created their "dungeon" cards, I liked the idea but felt that it was somehow lacking something. There was no sense of scale, just a little cards that looked like a minor variation on a Saga enchantment. For some reason I started sketching out ideas for a shared dungeon, and a few weeks later had one of a column for CoolStuffInc.com go up that was devoted to exploring the idea more fully. I played a game online on Tabletop Simulator and it was surprisingly fun. Having a dungeon printed out on paper or onto a fabric playmat should allow players to play in paper just as easily.

This section of my old blog website is devoted to tracking developments in this new "dEDH" format. I don't know if it will catch on and see play outside of my own meta, but having a central place to explain what the format is and how it plays is a good starting point.
